The recommended daily dose for Lysine (for prevention of an outbreak) is 1250mg per day.
Today I ordered Dynamiclear becouse combined pure lysine with vitamin C, zinc and bioflavonoids.

back soon when i receive and try Dynamiclear
i'll share all my experience
