Many herpes products claim that they "kill the virus on contact." But lots of things that kill the virus on contact. Soap, for example. The problem is that even if you kill the virus on the surface of your skin, it will remain in your body below the skin.

People use vitamin e, c, lysine...and there are foods that can trigger it...so diet and exercise are essential.
I personally only take vitamin C - 1000mg a day.

What I have found most successful is to take supplements - zinc, olive leaf extract, garlic oil in addition to B vitamins for stress. Hope this helps

The simplest treatment for herpes is to use fresh olive leaf or use olive leaf extract. However, in practice I used more than one just to make sure they don't come back again.
