He still treats me the same 2 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
hi all

I have had hsv2 for at least 5 years without knowing it.
My husband is a good person - he knows that I love him, and would never do anything to hurt him, especially cheat on him.
So,we do have sex, using condoms, and I have been on suppressive therapy. He still treats me the same

I hope that this will help some of you who are concerned about relationships

I do have a boyfriend that also tested positive for HSV-2 and we pretty much figured out that he gave it to me, without knowing that he had it.
Now we are still together -we are having the best sex of our life

I'm pretty sure that my girlfriend is going to leave me.
I just found out that I tested positive, and now she's freaking out.
I'm guessing it was me that put her at risk, but I don't have the heart to even ask her if she's ever been tested for it.
I feel like I'm carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders.

If she love you enough, she is not going to leave you.

Are you sure in your love ?

Very sure.
My lab values weren't high like the typical positive.
They were only a fraction of a point.
I got a second draw done today.
The med assistant told me that when she see's positives, they have a high value, like 3. or higher.
The general cut-off value is 1.10, and I was 1.12/1.17, which is high, but drastically lower than the typical positive.
She also said that sleeping with someone who's had shingles can elevate that value because herpes and shingles belong to the same family.
I've also had chicken pox and mono (at the same time), which also belong to that family, so I'm not really sure what's going on.

Hello,
I understand you feelings but it is not the way to express your love, if your husband is not paying any attention then you take the first step to check yourself because it may cause a big problem for you both.
