I've had herpes for 9 months and I contracted it from my ex.
I started seeing one guy about 3 weeks ago.I had talk with him and he was very supportive but we both decided it probably was not the smartest thing to have sex.
how did you deal with sex?

This guy might have enough brain in his head to realize that herpes virus is not the end of the world!!!!
If he's a good guy, and worth dating, he won't run. If someone runs because of herpes, you wouldn't want them anyway.

1 out of 4 people has genital herpes, so you really aren't alone.
A lot of us are in relationships with people who don't care about our herpes.

Welcome! Do not worry, we all here have it. And we larned to live with it. When you learn to live with herpes, it is nothing. Sores and blisters can appear, but you need to learn to control them.
