hey im new to this site. iv had type 2 for about 5 years now.
i always tell my new girlfriends, but with one girlfriend, for my honestly she turned it against me and has pretty much told everyone. i was a popular lad with the ladys but for a couple of years when i met girls is wasnt long before they found out what i have and i never got the chance to explain myself.
but i do have some good news, i have a gorgeous girlfriend now who i get along with so well but at first was abit freaked out but shes trying to come to terms with it. i just want to find a cure so bad, im willing to take part in any research. this has ruined me and i dont want it getting in the way of what i have now.
is there any hope? any trails i can get in touch with? i have searched but not getting any luck. i dont want treatment and im sick of tryin these 'wonder cures' what are plastered all over the net. just wante a cure so bad.

Hi..I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and underwent chemotherapy when I found out I was positive to Herpes I and 2.
What a bummer that was to deal with along with the cancer. The doc put me on Acyclovir 400 mg. 3 times a day and it cleared up after 5 days. Then a maintenance dose 2 times a day. Because of my weakened immune system I had another break out and along came a fever and hives. This lasted 2 weeks. Has anyone had anything this severe? I would like to hear from you.
