This is very common situation where in oral herpes you spread hsv1 to genital area.

Yes, it is entirely possible, although doing so when YOU don't have any symptoms is not likely.
(If you have not felt any tingling sensations in your lip, and you do not have a cold sore, fever blister, or cracks in the skin surrounding your mouth you shouldn't worry.)
