I have herpes and I have canker sores. Pretty severe at times where they have covered my mouth, throat, & into my sinus cavities. I do use L-Lysine, peroxide based mouthwash, & SLS free toothpaste & but I still get them. I need some better solution.

You should pay attention in boosting your immune system especially if canker sores appears regularly. Good idea is to visit your doctor especially if canker sores recur, because they can be a symptom of another condition, such as celiac disease, Behcet's syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and squamous cell carcinoma
