I've had herpes for 2 years now and over that 2 years i have tried several things. Sometimes it takes 10 days for the sores to heal. I found ***dont advertise, with it can be reduced to 3 days or sometimes less. It can shorten outbreaks and make them less severe or stop them from happening.The product has lemon balm as theor main ingredient. Its really the best product in the world for this.

There are quite a few good products out there, but everyone reacts differently to different products. Somebody mentioned Dynamiclear, it's good, but only works after you have a blister.

I like Herpset, Oxygen Drops, but the best for me to avoid breakouts is stress reduction on the whole. I hope this helps a bit.. ****Links Deleted, do not advertise***
