The moment I find out that I have herpes I was terrified as most of you here are. My first outbreaks were so severe and painful.

My doctor suggested valtrex as the best relief during herpes outbreaks and to use Lidocaine.

Lidocaine is topical liquid and you apply this to painful area. It helped just a little bit and I wondered if somebody have better solution or some melem to use?

I head also that lidocaine is the best pain relief for herpes if pain is intensive.
