I am new to the diease and dont know alot about it

I seem to get outbreaks all the time, anytime i getting ready to start or if i have sex, or even wiping after going to the bathroom. Is there anyone out there that can tell me when the outbreaks will slow down.

The most important it to boost your immune system. Then you should start with herpes treatments to stop your outbreaks.
